Unfortunately, cross-device syncing is not available yet. If you are using Lotus Chess on an Apple device, and start using it on an Android device (or vice versa) your progress will not sync.
We have an update coming later this year (2026) which will enable syncing across devices.
In the meantime, if you have subscribed to Lotus Chess and you would like to use the application on a second device, no problem! Just write us a message including the device ID for the device you subscribed on, and the device ID for the device you would like to use Lotus Chess on, and we will unlock the pro version of the app on your new device. See below screenshots for clarification:
